as a deaf/disabled CEO, It’s so encouraging to see you work through the process and talk openly about the details & difficulties. Sometimes I feel like I’m too small to make an impact but need the reminder that other disabled female CEOs also have to make the big hard decisions too! Also balancing work & friendship relationships, especially when your community are your coworkers 💖

Being a guy I am not sure I am allowed to even post. I am in a wheelchair. I stumbled on your channel a few weeks back. and was very impressed with what you do. you even encouraged me to work harder while in PT to live more independently. even old grizzled Marines need to be encouraged too
