I did this recently in an old Tacoma. You don’t need these expensive vehicles to explore. Just have a camper and a bed platform and your solid.

It basically got too hot which caused the ethanol in it to evaporate and then pressure built up, usually Jerry cans have a de-gasser in the cap that allows for the ethanol to escape to avoid pressure buildup but this one was faulty I guess 🤷‍♂️😂

I do a lot of rides similar to this one on my dirtbike or SXS. Every year when I do these 500 mile rides through the wilderness more and more trails are closed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). It's frustrating when an area you rode through the year prior is now blocked off with a cable with a sign saying the trail is closed. I respect the outdoors, I never leave any trash behind, I respect nature. Still frustrating as a tax payer to see all of your riding areas shrink.
