Mine is 4. Do carnivore and you will be fine. You have to cut fruits (so called "healthy" fruits) since fructose produces way more uric acids than purine and our digestive system/metabolic system doesn't differentiate fructose from fruits or high fructose corn syrup and it doesn't differentiate endogenous fructose (from glucose via polyol pathway) or exogenous (from eating). You also need to check your inflammation markers like homocycteine, ferritin, hsCrp, white blood cell count. Your own dead cells produce way more purines than the dead cells from the meat you eat. If your inflammation level is low, then your own dead cells will be at optimal turnover, literally means you would not have too much purine from your own inflammation.

Totally agree 👍! We human are designed to eat animal food most of the time, and it’s our body that produces majority of uric acids from metabolic processes especially from that of carbs, including the so called fruits you mentioned! Your constipation is caused by fibers. You can try to eat higher fat, like butter and cut fibers to zero and find out yourself. Especially for elder population in China, they eat a very high fiber diet and most of them are still severely constipated. Fiber is a huge burden for older people's digestive system. If you are young, you might still be able to tolerate fibers. But when you are getting older, fiber will really damage your guts. Human beings are super carnivore and have very limited ability to tolerate fibers.
