Evolution is like a stream of river; you can't go back. Vegetables and rice are the main staples of Chinese diet until now but see the exponential increase of all the modern diseases in both 2 ancient cultures, India and China, after western thinking dominates us. We adopted the more "healthy, progressive " SAD (standard American diet) diet and discard the thousand years old traditions, presently the health of both cultures' people is deteriorating. The Western thinking is really good at categorizing, dissecting and analyzing physical data. But when you apply that onto quantum holistic human beings' health, the results are detrimental and catastrophic! Even the only Blue zone in both the North and South American continents can give us a glimpse of how important vegetables are towards our health. Loma Linda, where 7 Days Adventists, the only Christian vegetarianism abiding religious groups predominately inhabit, can prove this point. And not to mention the millions of Buddhists, Hindus and Daoists centenars that live through incredible advanced age all through our thousands of years old history! We're physical, mental, and spiritual conglomerates, I can't wait to see how history will prove that Western thinking is too rigid, too compartmentalize, to lead humanity into the Aquarian age!!
