Time on the microwave is almost always a heat check that was good to go, and the person forgot about it. You don’t want your food to burn or to be so hot you gotta wait five minutes for it to cool off before you can eat it. So you do a heat check, see that it’s good to go, you shut the door to the microwave, and start eating. This chick prob spends a lot of time in hotel rooms or in the green room where she works. That’s only annoying if a microwave is next to a TV or something so when you’re trying to watch TV, the microwave is flashing “press start”. Then you gotta get up and press clear.

TIPPING AT A SELF CHECKOUT... that comes to ME. WTF That's robbery! once i gave a waitress a quarter on a $200 bill... she took the order and watched us, smoked and played on her phone. We went to the bar to get drinks, i brought the food from the chef... it was ridiculous. Tip for SERVICE. After she found the quarter she screamed at me before leaving... her boss saw the entire event, said i OVERTIPPED and fired her in front of me. tip for SERVICE. if the bill is nothing... someone else is paying, "at least pull out your wallet cuz in there there's a note that says say thanks... -- mitch" maybe someone else IS paying, offer to tip well. one day you may be the waiter, with all the flair needing that $10 tip. and trust me, next time they remember you and scramble to treat you well. you give good service i give you the moon.
