I mean who gives a shit about anyone's Civil Rights anymore....Right? "Just tell the Public that we have special Dog's that can talk." It sure is weird that the Dog's aren't required to testify in court......since they can talk and all.

Ask yourself if you should really be talking shit if you don't know anything about police K9 training or the law or the thousands of cases that shapes training and case law. Just ask yourself. Then lie to yourself. Because it's much better you do that than try to be an authority on the matter publicly.
