I signed my 6-year contract the day before Thanksgiving. I have my IFT for special warfare on Monday. I'm going to do my best to work towards CCT. This podcast has really helped me to know what to expect just joining the Air Force in general. As well as help me set up my own personal routine for development. As well as just being fun to watch, and learn from leaders who have actually done that. I want to say thank you guys, you guys have really been informative and an excellent segway into educating myself about what I need to do and what I should expect. I think you guys are all awesome and I would be honored and privileged to be able to join the ranks and be able to do what you guys are doing and have done.

Great broadcast Trent, If I was in a supervisory position I would want you on my team. You sound like a great NCO. We probably differ on politics, probably voted for a different president, but we probably agree on our USAF and AFSOC mission. Happy New Year to you and your family I wish you the best in future. If we lowered the amount of time in each seat, we would allow more pilots to become qualified Too much energy is wasted on filtering trusted pilots. The programs can devolve into a popularity contest. Over time, this consolidates influence over the supply chain. More veterans will be incentivised to work for manufacturers instead of using the equipment. Give pilots term limits, get fresh heads in helmets, keep good leaders teaching, and more students will be qualified. Same things happens when we sell our planes to other countries. They lose the ability to create the aircraft for themselves. We need to retain pilots and trainers, or use a platform that is simpler to transfer between applocators.(Drones)

Replace the nouns like mad-libs and you can reflect on any supply chain/employee/asset retention system

For example, this is probably why India has such a "diverse range" for partners they source from. It is logistically sound for domestic production and IP retention.
