5) the fish I lost was likely 16-18 inches and you can see my mistake in the video…..I let him take me to the main current where he broke off….I should have brought him in quicker and taken control

1). Don’t cast to fish you can see on the bottom ….they can see you also so cast to where you can’t see them but where they should be

2). They were not after tiny midges and bugs today….bolder colors and larger flies were the play

4) I got two bites on the surface on tiny BWO but the only bites on nymphs occurred bumping my rig off the bottom

3) the fish were more eager to bite in shallow runs compared to deep pools and runs on this day

Hey Brother been really enjoying your videos this one is cool but pretty sure that bigger fish you show that you kept casting to was sitting in a redd that fanned out sand beneath him I'm pretty sure is a redd so ya might want to be careful with those! Keep up the good work!

@@fernandodelgado2983 have fun and give me a report! I know it’s always crowded, but obviously the area up river from the bridge is always productive. Check into the fly shop right there for the latest…..I throw streamers this time of year and size 22 midges, baetis and RS2….good water is easy to find this time of year, look for deeper runs and pools
