Can a CSCS do CPSS? And only have bachelor degree in commerce ? Or can anyone can write CPSS?

To answer your question, since you have a bachelor's degree and I assume no sport science experience since you listed a non-science major, you need 3 years of sports science experience to qualify to sit for the CPSS exam. Whereas the CSCS only requires a Bachelor's degree (can be anything and you don't need a background in it to test), so not all CSCS candidates are qualified to take the CPSS. If you don't have sports science experience and want to get into it, I recommend getting experience. Qualifications are listed on the NSCA website under CPSS certification tab. I would recommend reviewing that.
