That company history is a real gem of people open mindedly running their small business and capturing an opportunity that is in front of them. Doing that while capturing the attention and maintaining full support of their community is really exceptional!

53:20 This was the most exciting part for me. I'm wondering if that would fit inside the current volume of the printer or if it would require more space vertically, for example. Would matter a lot in my case 😬

Like the sound of the Ratrig 4 IDEX multi material - I've done a short demo of what an IDEX X1C might be like, but I think a built from scratch IDEX machine would be better. In terms of reduced print time - I've done quite a few calculations and for some prints with lots of two colour layers I think you could reduce print time by 75%. More complex prints with 8 colours for example would only be reduced by say 25%. There are two ways that time savings occur - 1. Direct IDEX swaps - where you can switch back and forth between 2 colours. This also saves wasted filament. 2. Parallel IDEX swaps - where a colour change is required in the IDEX 2nd head - but it can be going on while the 1st head is printing - this can bring time savings but doesn't save waste. It doesn't save quite as much time as you would expect - because in the prints I have analysed the colour change time in head 2 for example is still a lot longer than the print time of head 1 - so printing still needs to wait. There is also a small amount of possibility for parallel printing - where for example you are printing a model (such as a ship) which has parts that are mirrored - you wouldn't be able to parallel print the centre part - but you could potentially print the edges in parallel. Will do a demo animation video of this - probably based on a VCore4 mock up at some point. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4nUcpikrrlgnLssi=8-JyfZNxVMy5L_hI

Very inspiring indeed. Sunat, please offer more full metal parts. I would rather buy from Ratrig than Funssor. However, Funssor are the only ones offering this at the moment. Plz plz plz do it as Ratrig has the capabilities

I’m disappointed to not hear about Pawel (I most likely misspelled his name) and his huge contributions to multiple Vcore designs.

That teased REVO adapter for the SVO8, would make the SVO8 much more attractive for many users. How can we get one? (Good topic for another video. Looking forward to it.)

My first printer is an ender 3 pro... I love the tinker factor... im ALREADY looking into rat rig for my next one and my ender is still in the mail... i havent even layed eyes on my printer and can't wait for more... the whole RatRig vs. Voron... im torn between which one to build first... I will have both tho just to see which I prefer... im sure one from each will not be enough tho. I love how professional he was in his comparison of the two companies though very nice to see people not use the platform to have an ego trip.
