Wow, I brought my white water throw bag onto the boat this season thinking it could come in handy. Your video is a good reminder to make a couple of throws to stay sharp.

I’ve grabbed my throw bag so many times and just scratched my head. I thought the handle loop on the other end is what I was supposed to hold onto and then somehow throw the bag lol. Now I know
