It is quite annoying how people think we are looking for work to do to their vehicle… yeah right. Like I’m just going to work on your truck and let it roll out the door without saying anything about cords showing on the tires, or dangerously bad ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings, etc. People all the time expect us to do only the work they requested on their vehicle, ignore everything else, and often times we have to clarify that it isn’t even what’s wrong with it. I’m still going to diagnose your vehicle even if you already told me “what’s wrong with it.”
