For additional mods
Main mod file should be in the data folder and mod script file should be in the Data packages folder.
When you'll put all the mod file in data and data packages folder then you'll have to claim a new city, save it, quit the game and then resume that city.
And if you want an existing city then you just have to resume that city.

Bro everyone hates simcity just over the map alone, idc I still play this almost everyday, the atmosphere cities skylines give off is dull and boring, I hate scrolling through the comments on each video and seeing someone say "stop playing simcity and play cities skylines"
