My solution would be to go with the A3 (big) plastisol transfer papers which would solve a lot of production equipment issues but I don't know why the UK companies don't grab this opportunity to offer large print transfers.

The sagging looked bad, (but then so did the heat coil pattern if you want even heat distribution), but the reason it won't spin is because you have the top section of pole clamped to the bottom section of pole with the supplied knobs. What you need is a collar that clamps to the top section only. This then acts as a drop-stop that rests against the upper lip of the bottom section of pole to regulate height, but still allows rotation between the two parts.

Haha, sounds like a much-needed addition. In honestly, I was so disappointed with the dryer. I was hoping it would be surprisingly good

@@StudioInnate you either want something with a panel, (like an IR unit), so the heat gets distributed into a panel first before leaving the flash, or something with lots of rows of heat source for even heat. Cheaper quartz flash units can be had off eBay or china, but you may need a 32A power supply to run them. That's what I'm getting and it can be left off as heat is instantly generated when activated. Will save the print shop heating up as IR has to be on constantly due to slow heating times I ran my shop with a small Ryonet/Riley Hopkins IR flash, so it is absolutely possible! Still have it and I just limit myself to 12" wide prints.

Would you recomend a 1 station or 2,3,4 station carousel for scrrem printing for a small brand !?

It totally depends on the volume and quantity really… If I could go back and change my setup, I’d probably go smaller. I was concerned I’d outgrow it but I’ve actually reduced it from a 4 colour press to a 2 colour press.

I’ve got 2 of these thing that are broken and have no idea how to work them, any ideas on fixing them?

We sent ours back straight away and just use a heat gun and a heat press to cure which works much better for our setup.

Really love the vids man, just wanna say, that press is definitely a waste of money, will indeed cause a fire, & just wanna say for curing prints, use the heat gun until the ink is just gooey enough & throw it to the side, afterwards you can use that heat press of your & press them down, just use some parchment paper over the design, push down for 8 seconds at 200 degrees & then lift. The design should be smooth & should stretch so the ink won’t crack. Regarding a flash dryer, I’d say save until you have more space to print or just get a smaller 1 that’s better quality!
