EP148 Making a start on the battery and master contactor. Fisher Youngster

Only a fairly short video on the mounting of the master contactor and the fabrication of the battery box. Not as much work as I would like but real work is distracting me at the moment, I am learning a new CAD program and using it to draw up some 3D print items.
My videos are not intended to be instructional for building aircraft or the kit, they are to share how I am progressing and my methods. You may get ideas and tips for building an aircraft. As usual I have learned something. Thanks for that. Yesterday I called in the Bodmin Airfield and met one of the Directors of the Cornwall Flying Club. He watches your videos too !! I also met a chap who is an artist and who has built a Flying Flea. you will see it when I have edited and uploaded the video. Cheers Michael

The battery tray was smaller than I expected but then this is a modern build so a modern battery set-up should be expected.

Yes it is not a lead acid battery but a Lithium Ion with built in ballance charging / managment system. Not cheap but light.
