The first thought in mind when it comes to law is that it is vast and thorough. Many would claim that they are equipped with the knowledge of law and somehow incorporate their own personal views into it, then pass it on as the verdict. Laws are created by legislative bodies, interpreted by courts, and enforced by governmental agencies. They cover various areas, including criminal, civil, corporate, and international law, each addressing different aspects of societal relations and individual conduct.
In this week’s podcast, we educate ourselves on the laws that we tend to overlook or be complacent with. Take note of the things we should be looking out for even before starting up a business and also the things to counter-check in our business. Join our host @abusofianspeaking, and our special guest @shehzhadeelaw in an insightful conversation on ways to protect our business, as well as ourselves, in the eyes of the law.
