Gday, what a bloody awesome setup, first time I’ve seen a Tommy Camper and there very impressive, perfect touring/4wding setup, Rick has definitely put a load of thought into this and hasn’t gone overboard at all, honestly I don’t think I’d change a thing really, my missus hates camping but she would go every weekend with this unit, thanks for sharing this great build and awesome job Rick, Cheers

Absolutely cracking piece of kit. The canopy set up on the rear is bloody great even my wife likes it and believe me that is a massive plus. I'd have to have an auto and being a Brit would prefer one of Land Rovers offerings. All joking apart Rick you have a very nice vehicle there

That is awesome ...the whole setup. Only thing I personally would change would be more room behind the seats like a true extra cab ie Hilux. Other than that mint. This is the single cab Toyota should have done straight from the factory.

Love the whole concept. If I had, the $'s, I'd go that route. 200 series, auto and extra cab , for sure. Done the hard yards in my old 79 series( naturally asthmarated..lol)

amazing, as i am watching this i am getting the same chop done to my 2022 F250 Tremor right now. inside will be bigger enough to hold a 300L composite water tank placed as low as possible n fully sealed n plumb to the outside. on top of the water tank will be twin 200 Liths n all the battery management systems. still enough room to carry extra bags for clothes n food, no fridge inside. havent decided on who will make the camper n the layout design. this camper is worth a consideration.

Love the expertise! Also the Rocket, Jesse, Tim chemistry on 4wdaction..24/7 is literally the best ever!! Tho I'm concerned/curious with Rocket's shoulder thing, just wondering about your wellbeing and hope to see you for many more years to come, got a factory MK Triton myself, auto is freaking amazing, looking into getting an intercooler through you guys when the budget allows it, but even just being a 4 speed having the best time ever! Totally awesome and unique but a waste of a 200 series, plus that's gotta be close to a 300k build depending on how much labour he contributed? Would be great in bear country but you Aussies only have drop bears, would love to see something like this at SEMA done with one of our gas cruisers. Rick sounds like a stud, trophy wife and all, ha ha.
