Hey Guys. Super informative session, thanks. Just wondering what the tell-tales might be for a TC fault? Have a very slight shudder through the whole 200 series. Have had a complete flush, removed both drive-shafts, replaced the gearbox mount, changed all tyres, still evident. AAARRRGGGHHH. Will be towing a Van for a quick lap next year, and probably chasing a replacement box from you shortly. Will get the nomad valve body, deep pan, heavy duty overhaul, lock-up kit and extra trans cooler. Woo hoo

I need one for the 8F35 8-Speed, 2021 Ford Transit Connect. Maybe not sold in Australia. Eveif I got one, not sure where to connect it to get the best results and avoid the factory "bypass". Also how much ULV transmission fluid do I add? because the system has a very specific, temperature dependent, oil change proceedure.

Beware ! FWIW Generally O-rings are made from synthetic rubbers such as Neoprene, nitrile, and EPDM, you can use petroleum grease to perfectly lubricate the O-ring. However, knowing if the O-ring is made from ordinary natural rubber or synthetic rubber is where the problem lies, as petroleum will degrade natural rubber. When rubber is exposed to petrolatum, the rubber can become brittle and cracked due to the solvents in the petrolatum. The petrolatum can also cause the rubber to swell and harden, reducing its elasticity and leading to eventual failure. Silicone lubricant grease is good for all O-rings

I have a 2008 Holden Rodeo and the auto started making funny noises, I went to my local automatic transmission guy in Lilydale and they told me it was not serviceable which I called BS. They also told me I would need a new transmission. I then went to my mechanic and he ordered a service kit for it and it hasn’t missed a beat. I service the auto every 40k and it’s cheap insurance. Car now has 280k on it and all good.

I'm loving mine so far with my TB48 Patrol. I love the feeling if just cruising up inclines without it revving it's nuts off. I'm also impressed the acceleration, it feels solid like a manual does and yet will still kicked down hard if you need it releasing the lockup automatically. Can't wait to try some steep hills and let you know how that goes.
