BTW you signed that big poker chip that I showed you with your signature back in the mid 2000's. My friend got it and had you sign it while he was visiting Vegas and the WSOP back then. You were my favorite back then and still today. You inspired me over the years and finally this is my 1st WSOP. I played and min-cashed the Gladiator and I'm playing the Colossus today. I’m a 45 yr old grown man that teared up (as did my wife) watching you on PokerGo when you were-rightfully-emotional after the win. You have not only been the best ambassador in the history of poker outside of maybe Doyle and to have gone from playing 5/10 and 10/20 against you 20+ years ago to now seeing you outlast two young phenomenal players like Chris and Bryce in one of the most grueling tournaments in the world, is nothing short of incredible. And to see the most adorable human being on earth in the stands rooting you on was the cherry on top. I don’t always agree with everything you say but I admire you so much for being unabashedly yourself. You’ve not only grown as a poker player, you clearly have grown as a man and a partner. The wife is right. Casinos are a cesspool of germs. Your at a table with dealers and players where many do not wash their hands after using the restroom. I have played 30 WSOP events. During breaks maybe 1 in every 5 players wash their hands. To many players don't even look at a sink. Then most casinos have smoking areas and the smoke goes all over the casino. Like the sports book in the Bellagio.

I have a watch (Just a cheap Timex that looks fancy) that my Grandma got for me when I was in High School. It turned out to be her last Christmas gift for me. 25 years later I still wear that watch every time I do something that I know she would have been proud of, or liked to be there for. Congratulations Daniel!!! I watched all the videos of that tournament on Poker Go. My wife and 8 year old son were able to watch the last day with me. It was like watching a 15 round heavyweight fight! Man, it was so stressful...you were up, you were down, you were up. My wife was losing her mind when you got below like $7 million near the end. Then you came back just like Rocky to deliver the knock out punch! It was awesome to watch! My 8 year old son (who has seen all the Rocky movies) thought it was so funny when you were yelling "Adrian" when you were looking for your wife. Congratulations man! We were hoping your video after you won would have been of you and your wife in the pool drinking champagne while you were wearing your new bracelet. You should ALWAYS shower or take a quick dip in the bath tub, quick 30 second dip right before bed. It’s summer Daniel! It’s 100 degrees plus and you are sweating everywhere and that sweat and dirt is drying on your body and then getting on your sheets. Anyone who doesn’t shower before bed in the summer is doing it wrong. Period!!!!
