To make this gorgeous peacock cake, I baked 13lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake and dyed it bright yellow and green. They're stacked with sweet Italian meringue buttercream, and carved into the bird shape. Add in some wings, feathers, and of course - a beautiful tail, and voila!
