I love that you include mishaps/fixes in your videos! This past weekend the refrigerated coconut buttercream for my son’s birthday just wasn’t softening so I put it back in mixer and it just collapsed into a slush. I have never seen it do that and assume it’s because of the extra liquid content of the coconut cream. It eventually came back together but before it did, omg it looked horrifying. 😅

How adorable is this fairy toadstool cake! I think the bottom of the toadstool is called the stem. I miss the videos when you made the mega-cakes and the huge cakes on your channel. I love this channel as well, but I miss the longer videos. Maybe you could do a mega-cake video every once in a while. Those cakes were incredible. But this cake hit the spot. Do you have air conditioning in your studio? Maybe you could get one of those split units. It's one unit that both cools and heats. 🍄🎂🧚‍♀🧚‍♂🧚😍

Adorable fairy cake, can't wait for the class...have you considered using a dehumidifier and leaving the chimney on above the oven. It will decrease the amount of moisture in the air, while you're decorating.

So beautiful and whimsical. 🧚🧚‍♀️🧚‍♂️🍄 I'm a perfectionist too, so not measuring and having the underside of the mushroom not cooperate would bother me. It's very hot and humid here too. 🥵 Beyond ready for cooler weather. I've actually painted something similar on canvas so it's nice that yours can be eaten 🤤 When I was 10 I actually made a 3D basketball cake as I once played. Once I was older I made a more detailed version. 🏀
