Came here to blownaway, and i did, but i felt better knowing such a great flexible and balanced athlete still got some imbalanced. So doing tiny workourts for mines don't feel like a waiste of time

I stand the same way! My left foot is straight and my right points out, when i try to fix my stance it feels like my knee is pointing inwards. It throws off my balance

If I haven't done lunges for a while, even a few make me feel it where the glute meets the ham. Is there a particular muscle there that is not hit as much by other lifting type exercises? Thanks.

Glutes are my least worked part. Don't want a big butt. If I do try these exercises will help me.

You should. Glutes are pretty much the most attractive muscles for both sexes. You dont need to make them big. Just not flat.

8:55 so you are supposed to look at yourself in the mirror? The pt who first taught me deadlifts said the same, but then social media coaches flooded the scene and they all said to look down

You don't want to look straight down or up. The sweet spot is literally between the two. As she mentioned in the video, you should be able to "peek" at yourself in the mirror.

I think it's just a cue to remind you to keep your chest up so you hinge at the hips properly. Her hinge form improved right away after the mirror cue
