Statovarius is one of thee most musically talented metal bands I have ever discovered a very long time ago when I went on my journey in the late 90s listening to metal bands overseas as a metal head who was just sick and tired of the mediocre radio music in the states. I'm so impressed how Timo Kotipelto's voice is still strong today as it was yesterday.

Stratovarius was one of the greatest on Power Metal in the 90's and early 00's. Try one of the classic songs from them: Visions, Destiny, Infinity or Elements.

Helloween and Stratovarius are the truly pioneers of Power Metal!! Just look their catalogues. Just give few more chance to Stratovarius of different decades and you find that out. This song is one of their longest. I suggest Deep Unknown, Father Time, Elements or Shine in the Dark.

One of the best power metal bands without a doubt. These guys have been around for awhile now and have produced some amazing albums. Episode and Destiny being my favourite. You should check out their song Black diamond. It's one of my favourite songs 🤘🤘🤘

You might have watched Gladiator (2000). If so, you would remember the last scene, that shining field. They illustrated the concept "Elysium" like that. "If you find yourself alone, riding in the green fields with the sun on your face, do not be troubled. For you are in Elysium..." When a soldier spent his time in hell, and finally his end has come, he will surely wish to go to heaven. Meaningless, but he just can't help praying. This song shows me such wishes. This last solo part never fails to make my tear drops.

Stratovarius is one of the pioneers creating the path for Finnish metal to become an international phenom. They have actually the keyboard player who had a big role that keys entered rock and metal music. He made this while he was playing in Rainbow together with Ronnie James Dio. His name is Jens Johansson.

I saw it as an epic story and a beautiful love song from the perspective of a couple of angels falling from Heaven (theres a hole in the sky, am I alive, did I survive ?) and the man having to traverse the seven circles of hell (i feel the burning wind in my hair, the earth is turning to red) to rescue his true love (I am holding fallen angel in my arms) be reunited with her in heaven again at the end.

Lost Horizon - Highlander (the one) a power metal master piece that launched a thousand memes. The band only had two albums but my god are they awesome euro prog power metal goodness. I'm amazed other reactors seem to miss this song it's ripe for crazy reactions

It's really cool, I was preoccupied while listening 2 that song ( kinda wrote it off actually) due 2 a tension headache I got ( makes it hard2 enjoy anything). But @ th end, i actually relaxed & it eased up as I spaced out! Really fkn cool, gr8 song from a talented band! Man, if I had a massage & listened 2 that I'd b asleep in 3min😅🍺🎸🎶
