I freeze dried some red beans and rice yesterday, and wow! It’s amazing. The only drawback is, is it’s a little greasy. Had to stop my freeze dryer, because here in the southern Seattle area, the heat was too excessive to keep the unit going, even with a fan. So glad you’re back. 😄

2 rings and the camera is on the table. Awesome customer service. This video made me want to eat a bowl of that Alfredo and I cook homemade Alfredo. Mountain House should offer boxes of small 1 cup sized freeze dried vegetables to supplement their meals. Like a 12 pack box of broccoli or 12 pack box of peas and carrots 12 pack box of California Mix, 12 Pack box of Asian Stir Fried veggies. Chicken Alfredo could be converted to Chicken Con-Broccoli. Chicken Teriyaki could be converted to Stir Fried Veggies & Chicken Teriyaki Rice. Also they need to do a Tuna Alfredo with Peas and Carrots.

I believe the instructions say to leave water in five minutes then stir then reseal then wait another 4 minutes 🙄 I guess you skipped the last stir and last 4 minutes. If you actually follow the directions the chicken ends up tender and perfect.

Hello, i have watched some of your older videos and noticed you have done test, experiments. I am wondering if you have tried cooking and freeze drying with whey protein powders. I try to bump up my protein on foods like oatmeal and pancakes. I have only done 7 batches, new kid on block. (Actually Im late, 70 years young) appreciate any help. Thank you

Yep, that one is a 1/2" Tascam 38 - 8 Track. Fully fixed and calibrated. It's for sale if you are looking for one. Nice machine and better than spec now.
