Join us for a bodyweight exercise session with two of our fabulous Cancer Rehab instructors, Natalie and Beth.
This is open and accessible for all abilities. There is both a standing and a chair-based option, and you are welcome to join in for as much or as little as you like!
Make sure to bring with you some water, and any small weights, if you'd like (tins of beans or full water bottles can work well!).

So just a few safety points before we get started, this session is not designed specifically for anyone's current health status, their diagnosis, their own goals or their own needs. So please be mindful that taking part in this Move Your Way session is your responsibility and if you need to miss out exercises that you've been told not to do or you don't feel comfortable in doing then just join back in when you feel comfortable. However, it is a very low level movement session so hopefully everyone will feel confident to join in at least most parts of it.
