In this episode of J3 University, Luke and I are joined by IFBB Pro Kuba Cielen. Kuba had an phenomenal offseason pushing his body weight up to 267lbs and adding a solid 15-20lbs of stage weight in less than a year. We dive into Kuba's meticulous and regimented approach to pull out all variables from nutrition, training, recovery, PEDs, to find out how to max out the offseason progression with leaving nothing on the table. I have been following Kuba's videos for well over a year and Meg's too! I really enjoy the fire he brings to bodybuilding!!!! Enjoyed this episode with you!

Loved the podcast. I've never increased supps gradually over the duration, I've always started at the biggest dose and ran it all the way through. Definitely going to implement that on my next cycle!

So this is the only podcast i ever listened to twice. Im using it to plan out my rebound. Spend 8 weeks rebuilding strength and grow back your lost muscle while still "hungry" not pushing food, and while on minimal gesr like hrt. Then when you plataue on str and weight get blood work to make sure your inflamation is down. Then you can slowly titrate up food and gear as yoj need it to push scale weight and strength while not gaining fat. This the gist? Miss anything? @kuba

Such great topic for where i am at this moment. Just finished my cutting phase and planning building phase as productive as possible. That one here answered most of my own questions and gonna implement lots of it. Always wondering why am i so opposite to what iv notice from others. Am i the one of the few individuals who is not that easily putting weight straight after cutting? My last week was 2300 calories a day. Day after i finished i let my self go, no tracking calories, to be honest, iv binged hard. Put on a bit over 2kg withing a 24h. Next day increased calories to 3000, next two 3500 and i came back to the weight which i end up my cutting phase and that is not a first time i had to increase calories high to get myself back from burning mode and start putting weight. Of what indication that might be? In addition i have extremely high metabolism which shouldn't be that crazy after reduction. Sorry for long post.

depends what ur goals are..usually people increase their kcal gradually so they dont gain fat fast but on the other side,body is craving food cuz long deficit and now its like a sponge..
