Tofu/soy absolutely does help with menopause symptoms. If I go too long without tofu I'll have hot flashes or night sweats. Tofu is magical, even when it's not Tuesday ☺️

My mother and father when he was alive tried soya milk in their drinks and making Bird's Custard (a British egg free custard) and she still makes her drinks with it and likes soya milk custard as it is much “lighter“.

Hi there Joey and Tim, I can't seem to find the recipe for the "pulled oyster mushroom" bbq sandwiches. Really would love that one Tim cause I love me some mushrooms. And if Joey liked this with the way he feels about shrooms Whoo Nelly! :)

Here it is. I will add it to the website. BBQ Mushroom Recipe: 2-3 King Oyster Mushrooms pinch of salt 1 tbsp dehydrated or diced onion 1 tbsp garlic pinch of pepper BBQ sauce Burger Buns Rinse mushrooms and blot dry Use a fork to pull the mushrooms and shred them. Keep shredding them to get the shreds thinner. Use the tip of the fork to smash the cap of the mushroom into small pieces. Toss shreds in bowl. Add spices and mix well. Add a few tablespoons of hot water to the shreds and mix the spices together with the water to coat all the shreds with the spices. Toss the shreds into a non stick or cast iron skillet and cook until browned and water is evaporated. Once browned, add back to bowl. Add enough BBQ sauce to coat the shreds. Save some sauce to spread on the sandwich before serving. Toss back into skillet and cook until cartelized. Serve on toasted oil free buns (we used Ezekiel frozen burger buns).
