Thank you for sharing the truth life in US. It is hard to change the people mindset, believe and habits except they have the willing to make the changes with evidences of those implications or realities. Therefore, a compromise has to come along with people’s judgement on someone’s opinion…Wish you and whole family have a good life! See you next video 😊…

I used to be happy every time l got approved for car loans. I never questioned what interest as long as l could afford the money payments. I am older and wiser now. I am financially able to pay cash for many things l want now. I really don't miss making monthly payments. I'm totally debt free. It's a great feeling

We always use our credit card for points to redeem for traveling but make sure to pay it off evey month as the interest charges are high. For some people who had to go through war and genocide, they will have PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder so they can live with this for a long time but some people can get it over sooner. Most importantly, we respect each other rights and privacy if they want to speak either Khmer or English. The social benefits are endless for some who need help with long term or short term depending on their needs and applicable. Sharing is caring. Prace ✌️

I know there’s still many out Cambodian living with PTSD and it’s their nightmare until now 🥲🥲🥲 people grow up in difference situations so that’s why we should not judge them on their appearance; respect each other is the key for keep good communication 🙏🙏🙏

Yeah, some folks were old and they did not have a good foundation of education before they arrived in The United States and some of them had a poor background. And, they can’t go to school here with a poor background perhaps their children too in some cases. Most of them, They were farmers have no education with children arrived here. So, it takes sometimes to adapt western society. If they have a good background, maybe it is easier and faster to understand the way of life here. But, majority they don’t have that. Then, as time goes by, their children had grown up and some families are survived and some didn’t. They didn’t have much opportunity because lack of knowledge. it depended who, what, when and where as an individual to learn a new way of living in a new country. Yea, it is a lot of work. The War we had from the The’70s, it killed everything, lives, education, religions, society and more and it played a big role on these problems. You said the truth, said it all. 👍

Bong, some people are introvert, so they don’t wanna talk to strangers, that is kinda understandable ^^

@leahoung74864 ай бұрын
I don’t think it’s about being an introvert. It’s lack of common sense or social skills. If someone who appears to be of no threat is just saying hi, it’s normal to return the polite gesture and say hi back.

I have also been around people who are Khmer, but chooses to not engage with Khmer people or say they’re Khmer. These people are not brought up to love and value their own identity and should really take the time to do more research about the rich history of Cambodia. There’s so much to be proud of…the food, music, art, attire, customs, etc.
