Another cracking video. I didn’t stay over at Beinglas but I had an excellent meal there.

Their venison burger was to die for. Then again after all the calories we burned I would've eaten anything. 😝

Beinglas was my favourite managed campsite on the trail. The food in the onsite pub was excellent. I didn't venture across to the Drovers Inn, but that looked good too

The Venison burger was to die for. I agree, Beinglas was definitely an oasis. If my friend hadn't met up with me I probably wouldn't have wanted to walk to the Drovers Inn. I you get the chance to in the future, it's definitely worth the experience. Such an odd place.

Beinglas is an excellent stop.

It really is. Their food alone is excellent. I would stay there again.

Loved the footage of the driving lesson! Hahaha! Keep the video’s coming, enjoying them over here 😊. We were thinking about doing the JMT next year, but it seems that the chances of getting a permit are lower than being struck by lightning… 😝 Greetings, Pat&Pat

Hahaha will do. The JMT is such a beautiful trail. I did it North Bound to Yosemite but I would love to do it South Bound someday. Keep trying to get permits, that's definitely one you have to add to your list. Beats getting struck by lighting 🤷♂

When you say wild camping. Is it free to camp?
@friendsthathike5729Ай бұрын
Yes, but only once your out of the camping management zone. These area's require a permit which must be reserved in advance.
