Thank you so much for this discussion. I am always trying to get more nutrition into my kids diets. They are teens/young adults and I only started on my clean eating journey during Covid. Up to that point, I thought I was eating fairly healthy. I just placed my first order for Pluck.

Great conversation! My take away is that from growing food to eating the prepared meal including all the time in between is a very purposeful and spiritual process that we have been denied by our modern grocery store experience. Loved this. It inspires me to make the change from city dweller to homesteading...my original dream and finally getting back on track in my senior years.
