Hi Chelsea! Poor Linus, those Oklahoman thunderstorms are no joke! When we lived there the storms would rattle our windows. I always listen to sermon podcasts to go to sleep. Sometimes I wonder if the pastor would mind that he puts me to sleep so successfully 😂 But it helps with anxiety and is a calming thing to listen to. I usually listen to Damien Kyle. Glad your knitting podcast gave you some rest. Good luck with your yarn destash!

Hi, I feel your pain about sleep deprivation, even though mine is for a total different reason. Not sure if you have try weighted vest for your dogs, I have no used them since I have not have a dog in a very long time but I have heard good things about them. The one that usually comes up when taking about them is the Thundershirt classic dog anxiety jacket. Sleeping in couch is good for a quick nap but a whole night will for sure buildup body aches. Hope you get more sleep tonight.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is super weirded out by the role play bit they do on the Giro broadcast this year. Seems like they're doing it before every stage. Always happy to hear a bit of cycling talk on your podcast, though. I love watching as well (and riding myself, but on a very very amateur hobby just for fun level). :)

I used to own a road bike but the whole clipping in freaked me out. Now I just watch or ride my stationary bike. 😂

Poor puppy! Our dog hated thunderstorms so much. I used to worry about how wound up he’d get. We never tried knitting podcasts though, I feel like I missed out 😅. You always pick the prettiest yarn - the brushed cashmere looks beautiful. Can’t wait to see it knit up. Hope you have an amazing couple of weeks! 🙂

As a Iyengar Yoga teacher ( and avid knitter) I’d encourage you to give a few beginners classes a try. Don’t be put off by all the advanced poses you see, be where you are and listen to your body. Yoga is for everyone not just the flexible, and the good thing about is you can do it at any stage in life. Love your podcast and your doggy stories. ❤

You are a very good knitter! So glad I stumbled upon your podcast several months ago. I heard in the last podcast that you have a walking pad. Would it be the Deerrun that I have seen advertised? I am considering getting one. I'd love to hear about your experience with it. I love to take walks. Right now the weather is too hot here in the south. I may end up going to the gym! I just bought one that was a random brand off of Amazon. I like it, but I do feel like the belt catches every once in a while. Otherwise, it works perfectly.
