It's dark here in Ireland at 5pm now and I feel that I need to have dinner before it's dark. End of eating. I wait until about 9.30am when it's fully light before I eat again. I rise at 6 and walk at early dawn. I am slowly losing the 10kgs that have been bothering me. Tuning into nature really works.

Need your advice….. I start my day at 6 bf at 8 just has you said home made poha rawa chappati eggs then I do not have my lunch but drink lot of water 3 liters during the day dinner between 5 to 6 I avoid rice at night but my dinner includes fruit as well.. am I doing it the right way by skipping lunch and I do not feel hungry I feel satisfied with these 2 meals

Hi, the day I heard you in Voyage 2020 of AB SL, I have been watching your videos. Regarding the intermittent fasting, I take a dinner i.e. roti and jaggery with little ghee at 8 pm and next day in the morning I take a cup of tea at 8.30 am. is that ok ?

Luke said that in context of the belief that "breakfast is the most important meal so you must have that", but when you are not hungry(detoxification mode) you dont have to force breakfast upon you.. If you eat light n early dinner definitely you are going to get hungry in the morning n have breakfast then😊.. He always says listen to your body, be mindful in everything.. Slowly you will understand the good changes in your body☺️☺️
