Hello, from Columbia, Maryland.😆Yes! I would like to see a part 2 about whatever the myth is about the cost of living. Thank you, Glenn and Sheri! Loving your channel. Muchas gracias to Omar, as well. Getting more excited about my two-week trip to Panamá in December.♥️

Excellent topic of conversation. I was born and raised here, lived in the US for years and now living back here. It's amazing yet not surprising how much of US living mindset has to be adjusted to living here. It's a matter of "being willing" to adjust your mindset and even hangups once you're living here. There may always be some things you miss here but it's all about perception. Now in all honesty, there are some things that can be a challenge or annoying, but again it requires being willing to adapt. An area or a bit of a challenge is how to I grow the usual here. Just have to figure out or learn how to garden here. There's no frost season, so gardening will require my willingness to learn to garden here vs Georgia. Thank you. This is so good and look forward to an episode 2. Sorry so long.

@@dalewis5038 I actually appreciate your detailed feedback. As expats living here I often wonder how we are actually helping people. It’s this kind of feedback that let’s me know exactly what we’re doing right or wrong. We love it here and like you said, it is a mindset thing. You have to constantly make adjustments. That is part of what makes living so exciting, it keeps you on your toes! 🫡🤪 #WeAllNeedSomeHelp 🙋🏾♂️

Hey Glen & Sherri Brooks I am researching and exploring three areas to move too. Costa Rica DR and Panama from the looks of things Panama is first definitely interested in the living expenses and overall retirement process. Thanks for this episode Nadase

The Wire, very good show. After I got done watching it I said to myself, el chorrillo and little Michael are cake walks. Very real the wire, you almost feel in danger watching it. And I’d say it be in the worst nightmare to be dropped off in the middle of the jects. Good thing we have the Johns Hopkins down here from Maryland, that’s for sure 👍

Panama is safer than most places in the States. You can't get most People to leave their home after dark but we're routinely out after dark. If they arent asking about our safety, they think we live in the jungle. Make it make sense.

Similar to collard greens? Yes, Calalú is eaten in Panama! It’s a popular leafy green used in many dishes, especially in Afro-Panamaian communities. Its not prepared exactly the same as AA’s are use to eating in the DMV...Panama is much more safe than SE DC and B-More! 😂😂😂
