Great work Team. A reasonable strategy to create hypertrophy with more weight and 9 to 10 reps but in case you are limited to weight equipment in your home you can increase the reps. and reduce the gap in time between exercise. Gunter it's my favorite bodybuilding due many reasons, he was not the strongest lifting weight, he was an absolute great DNA genetics, his fierce to compete and be humble on such competitive environment and he was a great looking guy.

Lance Dreher was a friend of mine and a great guy. The most underrated pro in bodybuilding history. And Arnold's legacy was the most "protected" image in bodybuilding history. If you notice, no guy that was movie star handsome like Lance, Bob Paris, Jeff King or Gunter ever won the Olympia Title. No one was allowed to eclipse Arnold in looks or body. He was the Poster Boy, period end of story. Arnold "the greatest of all time" is a myth perpetuated by the myth-makers because of $$$. Only one man deserves that title, and that is the Myth himself Sergio Olivia. ( His son is now training in famed Quads Gym in Chicago were I was one of the first charter members back in the mid 70's.) Then after him probably Danny Padilla the Giant Killer, Lance, Lee Priest and Gunter. Those four were insidiously and subliminally sabotaged by power politics for not being "Yes" men or butt kissers. Then Robbie Robinson who was also unfairly treated by power politics who was also better then Arnold. Arnold does not even make the top five. Robbie was my favorite of that era and so humble. On this site I demythologize the Arnold Myth, both as a bodybuilder and the myth of Low Dosage and a pseudo distorian that did not know American History, let alone German History. I chastised and repudiated him for correcting Trump as a novice historian over his comment about the Berlin Wall. When you go to the site scroll down to A, B and C and you will see what a fool he made of himself in the A section. Romans @ Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. @t @ Danny Padilla, another political hatchet job by Arnold's other poster boy Franco Columbu who rode tandem with Arnold. @ Lee Priest @ Gunter and Lee got beat by the Mr. Belly Olympia/2002. Lee and Gunter were unbeatable and to bad they could not of shared 1st place. Do you think for one minute Arnold would allow Gunter to become the best bodybuilder, and the most handsome, which he was to ever come out of Germany. Never. @ Bob Paris @ Jeff King @ Lance 23.5 inch arms at 5 ft. 8" That was unheard of back then. @ No question Robbie was superior to Arnold. But like Sergio at the time, they were both black. You could even make a case for Eddie Robinson for being in the running. Picture of me and 8 X Mr. Olympia Lee Haney together in 2010. I was 64 and he was 51. Who's bigger? Kids you don't have to do steroids to get big. Our picture together at @ seconds. Steroid/TRT/HGH free all my life. Joined my first gym Vic Tanny in Chicago about 1958-59. Trained heavy all my life, injury free with this Cavet. Never push the envelope. Safety first. @ @ Benching 375 at 68 yrs. 198 lbs.

Truth is the first causality of war so I appreciate your being a lover of truth and not the fluff Cotton Candy the media serve about Arnold. I have stood along side Arnold and Sergio. Look at Arnolds puny forearms. Sergio was perfect in every way.

Gunter never beat ronnie at the O you can look at all the comparisons and nobody ever has said Gunter won or was a close second.
