Hi, can this machine print round labels? If I bought a spool of diecut round labels, would it print nicely while recognizing the gap distance?

I have purchased a CW6000 and got labels from the place that I bought the printer from. The labels that were sent were 2 inch circles with a gap of .25 but my machine only will go to .24 the design is continually dropping down as the labels go and I suspect it is because of the gap size. I could only set it to .24 Should i send back these labels and let them know i need labels with a maximum of .24 or is there a way i can use these? Thanks!

There are a few things with round labels. 1. Do you have a black mark on the labels to give a fixed start point each label? If not the print will start at a different place each time if the labels move at all. 2. Ideally you want a 3mm+ gap between labels. What is the gap size in mm that you have? You can make the artwork size slightly bigger than the label to add bleed etc which might help too. Email [e-mail] if that's easier. Hi I had my roll label finished in the C6500Ae printer, after I followed all the procedure for reloading, it keeps beebs and give a signal of incorrect loading, even though I did correct. what could be the reason for that ?

You need to remove the roll from the printer and close it back up. This resets it. Then open the printer, feed your labels into the back until the print grabs them and then close the printer. That is the process but if you don't close and reset the machine at the start you can get stuck in a loop.

Hi, What is the max paper width that the printer can take is it 8inch or 8.5 inch?

The spec is 212mm or just over 8.3".
