In der heißen Jahreszeit macht sich so eine kühle Gurkensuppe ganz gut! Leicht schnell und sehr gschmackig!
Rezept:
2 Feldgurken
250g Joghurt
250g Gemüsefond
1TL Salz
1TL Pfeffer
Saft einer 1/2 Zitrone
1/2 Bund Dille
1/2 Bund Petersilie
evtl etwas scharfes Paprikapulver
