Drummer Jim Gordon wrote the entire piano ending. He died recently incarcerated in an asylum. A dramatic tragedy, for real.

George Harrison's wife Patty Boyd later married Clapton; however, Eric & George remained good friends. If you haven't heard Clapton's "I Shot the Sheriff" - it's fantastic too.
