This week's show is about Paula Findlay winning 70.3 North American Championships in St. George, Utah. She had a commanding performance, swimming with the lead pack, making a huge move to establish a 4 minute gap on the bike, and holding onto that lead for the run. We hope you enjoy the show!

Unfortunately doesn't work that way at the T100 level, but I kinda want Paula to go for broke in the bike in one of those races and see where that gets her! Only way she would beat Ash, Anne, Lucy...

@@adammann6628 Taylor is not at every race and Paula can arguably hold pace with Taylor if she wanted to take a few more risks. Paula's biggest "weakness" is that her history with injury has made her maybe a bit too conservative. She has the speed.

OH WOW, just been for a morning run session, came in for some food, and hot mug of tea, and saw this video had dropped, I am now so super happy, with a huge grin on my face.
