For some reason I learned more about him through this interview than his own videos. Thanks for asking insightful questions and letting him talk .

I love the idea that being patient and honest isn’t a question of feeling like it all the time, but on choosing to act on it all the time. I often don’t feel like doing things, and mistakenly make that part of my identity!

I think the downfall of our Generation is we are so spoiled with instant gratification especially with the advancement in technology. We live in a world where most people are so lazy and don't want to put in the work and I am guilty of that myself. We need to work hard for what we want even when it's hard.

The hard work doesn't mean anything if you aren't a business owner. That's how the rich get rich. Only so much room in the top.

Perhaps the downfall is our inability to be content.

No, the downfall is letting these lucky cunts flaunt their perfect rich lives just because they won the life lottery. They NEVER share any real secrets just basic advice that a high school teacher gives (be more focused, more organised, etc.) How many people took the same path as this guy, tried countless business ideas and is a failure in massive debt? THOUSANDS.

Wow, what an amazing guest I love his mindset on character traits not being set in stone and we can decide how we want to show up in the world through our decisions, and what he said about having the mindset where you’re responsible for everything you can accomplish in your life. Super awesome interview and so insightful into the mind of a billionaire, thanks Erika!

There's definitely power in staying the course by repeatedly taking the actions that have led to success for others, despite some negative emotions. I think there can also be power in taking a small amount of time to introspect, even for just 20 minutes, about why you have negative emotions about the actions that you believe are most likely to lead to accomplishing your goals. It's possible that you uncover what's blocking you emotionally and then your actions become aligned with your emotions. That can be even more powerful than the actions alone.

Loved this podcast! Little note: there’s a cut at 24.20 where Alex goes from talking about his sales guys to systems where I feel like there were some words missing that would have provided useful context. I found it jarring in an otherwise very fluid interview. Anyone else notice that or did I just not understand? 😅

Great information. I am wondering about his choice of what to wear. Is it to promote the gym, draw a certain viewer/ follower or he just does what he want? I am genuinely curious. His dress code does not match his intellect and he appears to be a gentleman that would not intentionally disrespect the interview host. Am I stuck on a social norm that is out of date?

I agree, before the pandemic got real serious, I used to handle all my investment and I was pretty good at it, fast forward to post-pandemic and my-portfolio is steady in the red with profit rate down to the lowest, that's when I touched-base with a coach I saw featured on business week, who restructured my portfolio and over the last couple years, I've made over $850k from initially $210K
