This is first person/POV video from USA Volleyball practice from just a few days ago! This video shows our practice from my point of view (POV) as a libero! @@adrianleong5660 they rotate players in and out each week trying to find the right line up. That’s my guess. Plus it’s good exposure for the newbies.

vnl is degrading in importance and the organisation isn't perfect. Micah as the best setter should get ready for world championship. Sadly, Micah won't play against Zenit Kazan teammates. It would be the best match: Russia vs USA. Both really strong teams)

It's incredible to see these plays from your perspective because we get a better feeling of how fast everything happens! Especially when it comes to defense/saves! 3. The set at 8:59 is awesome! It's so wonderful to see Micah back on court again, he's dynamic as always 😊 4. 5:58 makes me want to see your and Dave's next season at Zaksa even more!

I’ve played high level before(even against you and your brother years ago) and I’ve never had a libero in any of my teams calling “short” when they cover. It is a very valuable information for rest of the team. It is a signal that at least one of the back row players(or setter depending on where he is setting from) should cover the further/uncrowded part of the court. I remember so many easy points lost because entire team was covering the vicinity of the attacker. Thanks for great content, keep up the good work and good luck with the upcoming games.

3:55 when he said "I'm short" I felt that. (Actually from this POV we don't seem much shorter than these giants, the GoPro must be a bit above eye level---probably forehead? I know Erik's not that short, but still)

Actually, he was communicating to the rest of the team that he was covering the "short" (close to net) part of the court, so that a different player can cover the "far" end
