USA Men’s Volleyball Warm Up Attacking - Hitting Lines

This is a video of the USA Men’s Volleyball Team during our attacking warm up! I decided to attach a Go Pro to the net and see how it went! This is raw footage of our hitting lines without any editing.
Sorry about the Go Pro falling a little during the video! The angle is a little strange during parts but I hope you enjoy! Yay volleyball!

Raw footage is really cool! Great for understanding the timing. Is there any chance we can in the future see a video where we can also see the approaches? I reckon that would help a lot of players big time

@@ErikShojivolleyball To add to this, as a right-handed opposite I've always had discussions with coaches about the approach from the right side. Some wanted me to start from inside the lines, some wanted me pretty much on the lines and I've at times even approached from outside the lines.. Would be very interesting to see how the expert do that in practice

Not claiming to be a pro athlete, but I'd suggest you start from the inside the court and make an arch from all the way to the outside and as you hit the step close land inside the court. I find it easier to hit everywhere I'd like. Just my two cents, this may not do it for you, but nonetheless I'd suggest it
