Journalists are protected by international humanitarian law. However, violence against journalists and the media is still considered a serious problem, so all of the people who report in dangerous places recognize they are putting their lives at risk, and obviously do their best to remain safe and not put themselves in the most perilous situations. I live in Israel and work in south Tel Aviv (the low socioeconomic, high drug and crime rate area) where there is a huge foreign population: asylum seekers ,migrant workers and refugees. I work at a non profit organisation that provides daycare for children from the foreign community and our organisation provides social welfare services for the families of the children. Most of the Eritreans that came to Israel, came around ten years ago and have since started families here or have gained some sort of weak financial stability. They mainly work at minimum wage jobs: restaurant workers, cleaners, care takers...... While the State of Israel provides services to help them (although not as much as they need because of funding issues), they still face many challenges and obstacles integrating into Israeli society. The children that are born here grow up speaking Hebrew as their mother tongue, singing Israeli songs, celebrating Israeli and Jewish holidays in school and attend Israeli public schools but don't have any form of Israeli citizenship. The migrant crisis is still very relevant today

@claude kadima , you are the one who should read history, jews were taken by the romans as slaves after the jewish rebelion in 132 CE.Also there are documents about the sumerian occupation of the land of the jews- where the sumerian king decided to take a large portion of the jewish population and ressetle it in Mesopotamia. So no- they were not looking for a safer place, but were forced out by foreign powers.

Based in what I said above, you will see that people move away from their countries not because they choose to do so but because some foreign powers are also to blame for the instability in those countries.

Sweden, the US and the UK are examples of migrants fleeing the Middle East, Africa, and Central/South America for Western countries that offer these generous benefits. Meanwhile, income-tax paying citizens have to take on the burden of paying more taxes for these refugees and illegal migrants. @ebenezer75645 жыл бұрын
@ Google says otherwise🤔, check your resources brother. Wikipedia says Medri bahri is located in modern day Eritrea and was post axumite kingdom and it consisted of Akele Guzay, Hamasien and Seraye and they're all in Eritrea. Furthermore, it also continues to say it had it's independence until Ethiopian occupation in 1879👍.

There are many influential and nice journalists out there who reports such stuff to educate the world and let them be more appreciative of what they currently have.
