This video is bodycam footage of a video I have already released from my own live stream. It is a show how the police continue to manipulate late and censor public record of bodycam footage. Salem started having all of their officers where body camps in October of 2022. Since then I have requested many bodycams from many different office rs. None of them including body camp footage from 2 hours before this incident happened censored the way this video has been censored.
When these agencies get body camp footage they claim to be all about accountability and transparency. But once they camps they continue to prove otherwise. The only times they want to release footage in its entirety, uncentered, is when it makes them look good. All contact information for the sound police department will be linked down below. Police are not Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) because they do not know / obey the Law. Police are not Peace Officers because violating the Law is a Breach of the Peace. Police are Known Felons because every Traffic Stop / Detention absent Probable Cause of a CRIME is a Felony. (Traffic infractions are not crimes.) Policing is Racketeering, Racketeering is Unconstitutional, Policing is Unconstitutional. Show me the Amendment making Racketeering, Policing, or Fascism Lawful.

Video of cops should start from the moment they hit the streets until the clock out. Any personal information or going to the bathroom can be redacted just like when we make FOIA requests .

Government agencies will still be able to redacted sensitive information.. This Bill is going before Legislators. the bill will go before the committee sometime around April or May of 2023

That's our equipment and our videos recorded when the employee is being paid with public funds, we have a RIGHT to see it, all of it. All Body Cams need to be replaced with a model that can not be turned off or muted. And all video is immediately uploaded to a publicly accessible site for public viewing.

I have already demanded from my congressman Moron to submit to Congress for a new law that all officers in uniform to have body camera and that camera is not ever muted and is downloaded to a public web access so all the people can simply look up at this time of day in this town or county the officers were doing exactly what? Otherwise the officers don't get paid it's simple if we have recordings we can see if the officer is actually working or when officers are acting outside of the law call your congressman and demand public access to all body camera and all officers to have body camera footage downloaded within 12 hours of end of shift
