My experience at this office was an absolute nightmare. As a foreign company, we faced a series of insurmountable obstacles that forced us to terminate our contract within days (ex: the office closing super early ... 200K vnd penalty fees per hour if you stay ) The payment process alone was a disaster, with the beneficiary's excessively long ( 37 characters long) name causing repeated transaction failures. The staff's inability to resolve this issue, coupled with their persistent and unhelpful pressure tactics, only added to our frustration. The office's bizarre policy of not providing keycards for the restrooms meant we had to constantly request permission to go back to your desk. While the office may offer a pleasant view, this was the only redeeming quality in an otherwise abysmal experience.
