Let's take a tour of my Hall of the Lunar Champion - full of collectibles and trophies from playing The Elder Scrolls Online daily for the last 4 years. I've finally completed my home design for the Hall of the Lunar Champion in ESO. You can claim this home for free, but you can only unlock the 3 wings by completing the Elsweyr storyline. I figured there was no better backdrop for my collection of monster trophies, rare and expensive furnishings, and another epic aquarium. The theme? Self-indulgent extravagance. Thank you! I've never actively pursued voice work, but I do occasionally get that suggestion - perhaps I should look into it... Ironically, like most people, I was pretty self-conscious about my voice when I started KZbin, so the positive feedback is always appreciated!

It looks absolutely wonderful! I will definitely visit whenever I sign in again on the NA server. Heck, this might be the push I need to login and level up that measly lvl 10 character I have on that server. I am really not a fan of the item limits, especially for super big places or completely empty ones where you need to build something from scratch. You think you have a lot, but 700 run out pretty fast.

Even if it was just a little it would be huge honestly. I know in a recent interview they acted like they couldn't do it because then we'd put so many furnishings in our homes wouldn't load - but like, how about just 20 more furnishing slots? I'd love to see them doubled, but any help would be appreciated! I'm starting to chop up larger homes to create smaller, more reasonable spaces so I don't run out of furnishing slots too quickly.

They've been slowly improving the housing system over the past 4 years. We've got so many more 'building' pieces now plus the placement system is pretty intuitive. Hopefully housing gets some love in the Necron expansion later this year.

No Way!! I think i have been inside this house. I met some guy that took me around (it was my alt and he thought I was new and he was so sweet I did not have the heart to tell him I have been playing for 3 years). Then he showed me his Lunar House as a possibility of what i could do with mine if i ever got it (have it on my main). There have been some changes since I have been in it... what a great job. And BTW ... thank you for helping level up my alt account

When I first started playing ESO, I remember buying the Cyrodiilic Jungle House but I had no gold left to furnish it... I'm sure you'll get there though!

The Lion's Cradle is huge in terms of buildable areas and has one of the best views. I plan on doing all 700 there after I finish my Xanmeer. The verticle limit is the roofcap on the kahjit home but you can go well outside the fence.

Would live to know what you used to make the rokms in the entrace hall area. What arches did you use ? And walls ? Literally love the house and the videos.

Thank you so much! The brick part of the custom walls are 'Elsweyr Floor, Masonry' and the wooden walls are made of 2 'Elsweyr Wall, Rough Wooden' each with a 'Hakoshae Pillar, Wooden Hooked' hiding the seams. The Elsweyr Floors also serve to raise the floor height in the side rooms I created. The arched entryway to those side rooms is the 'Leyawiin Archway, Garden' and I filled in the gaps with Elsweyr masonry walls.

Love this house! I'm just redecorating my Lunar house, so was looking for inspiration. Love what you did! What is the ethereal cloud in your aquarium? (about 4 mins in). I've seen it for years now, and I keep forgetting to find out what it is.

Great aquarium! I'm wondering what you used for the wooden trophy walls? If you don't mind sharing I would love to make some of those walls. :)

Those are the Elseweyr Wall, Rough Wooden furnishing. IIRC I used two on each side and then added some extra Elsweyr pillar and platform furnishings to hide the seams and make it look more intentional.

Working on a video tutorial for custom buildings right now actually! Should be out early next week - but in the meantime I'd suggest checking out the 'Structures' category over at ESO Fashion. For your aquarium how did you manage all the bubbles rising up? is it a special effect?

I tinkered on this home on and off over the course of about 6 months. Makes it hard to calculate the total hours spent in-game, but it was at least 40 I'd estimate. I also spend a lot of time moving furnishings back and forth pixel by pixel to get them in the exact right spot.

I do have a tutorial for a smaller aquarium and custom structures - was there any part of the design in particular you were curious about? I'd be happy to do a breakdown/tutorial. Normally I at least have a timelapse of the design process but this one was something I sort of chipped away at over the course of several months.
