ESO - The Lich of Burning Souls - Necromancer Build - Area of Effect

Hey All!
After some hard work, PvP Grinding, a LOT of gold, and about 9 bottles of Tylenol, I am very happy to bring you my latest build on the roster! I present to you all, the Lich of Burning Souls build!!
This one is a stamina Necromancer, my first since the Necrotic Horde StamCro build several years ago that actually kind of put me on the map!
I can’t lie…. Right now, the Necromancer is in sort of a bad place. But this build breathes life into the undead class!! In other words… it’s not dead, it’s UNDEAD with this build.

Great build! Love the cosmetics of the necro, can’t believe you’re using a 2H weapon with crit rush and not using merciless charge from maelstrom!

Thanks! And as far as merciless charge and Maelstrom (one of my old favorites), I loved that way more when it gave all of the enemies an extra bleed dot. But now it no longer does, so I was also using wrecking blow uppercut so decided to go with the Blackrose weapon! ❤️

Haha thank you! And I can tell you’re one of the ones that keeps their eyes open! Lol Just remember, sometimes a build I’m working on and testing may change slightly or even very dramatically over the course of time during the testing/tweaking phase. And sometimes they get thrown out completely! I often wonder how many people love my builds and then maybe see me “suck” in PvP and not really realize what I’m doing and testing when I’m experimenting with something new 🤣🤣. DARK! Yesssss!! YES. When I finished watching it... I would have stood and gave a standing O if I wasn't too lazy, lol. This is my new fav video of yours....not because I know of the blood, sweat, and tears you put into this one....because Necro has been left for dead by Zos...and you just rezzed it back to life! The intro....gave me the chills, especially with that music. Well done! All the songs in this video are soooo good, especially that last one! I played it over on loop so I could hear it a few more times lol. Loved the sweaty game play a ton! And I got to see Stuhns Goons in one of your vids....a dream come true, lol. Your intros are super cool im trying to build one as well but with a 2h and lightning staff, necros can still be powerful even with the nerfs. Just have to find away around it 😊

This looks awesome! Another awesome theme, one that I'm actually gonna try to use on a DK I just started! There's a part of me that wants to try a necro, but with the scythe as a spammable. Another legend is born! My Necro is a Nord , will that still work for this build ? Tankier but less damage I know :( Was originally a bash cro so needed all that juicy resistances !

When you're up to farm VBRP again let me know. I want to get that dual weild set. I was tanking it on vet for the first time a few weeks back but we couldn't get past the stage where the giant skeletons come out.

Is this a build only for pvp

It is primarily, Yes. But it could, with some slight changes, turn into something very suitable for a solo PVE build!
