Pro-Tip: Always crack your eggs on a flat surface and not by puncturing it with the rim of a bowl or pan. Once the shell is cracked, open the egg by _pulling_ the two parts apart. (Think of the way chefs and skilled cooks can crack eggs single-handed. That is how.) The inner membrane of the shell will remain intact and, even after it breaks by you pulling the two halves of the cracked shell apart, the little shattered pieces of shell will remain stuck to it and not get in your food. But an even better benefit is if your egg is contaminated with salmonella. The eggs shell itself is porous, which is why it is covered with a bloom when it is layed. This is a natural protectant, and is why unwashed farm-fresh eggs don't need to be refrigerated. If the bloom is washed off (and it always is if the eggs are going into a commercial market, and the bloom is replaced by a mineral oil coating), then any potential contamination can get into the shell. This is mostly stopped by the shell's inner membrane, protecting the yolk and whites. If you crack an egg by puncturing it, you run the risk of cross-contaminating what is on the shell with the inside of the eggs. If you crack it on a flat surface, keeping the membrane intact and opening the eggs by pulling the two sides apart, this risk is greatly reduced.

The Recipe for you guys Ingredients: - Eggs (4) - Milk (250ml or 1 cup) (Get the high quality stuff, don't drink homogenized nasty shi) - Heavy cream (250ml or 1 cup) - Honey (1 tablespoon) Step 1: Seperate eggs from egg whites - Two bowls - Crack, seperate - Place aside Step 2: Heating the milk and cream mixture - Grab a saucepan - Pour 250ml of milk and 250ml of heavy cream into saucepan - Place on medium to high heat, allowing it to heat up while you follow the next step (the milk should be hot, not boiling) Step 3: Egg mixture - Place 1 tablespoon of honey into the bowl of egg whites - Whisk until the mixture is foaming (electric whisk if possible) - Pour and whisk the egg yolks into the foam until combined Step 4: Combining the ingredients - Take milk and cream mixture off of the heat - Pour the egg mixture into the milk and cream mixture, mixing with a spoon as you pour (this will properly incorperate the eggs) - Mix through for around 20-30 seconds until fully combined Optional: - Add a splash of vanilla extract - Bit of Cinnamon Refridgerate until chilled (1-2 hours) Drink (I recommend a few hours before bed) Step 5: Wake up with boner. Macros for the entire eggnog: (will change depending on what you're using) 1317 cal / 37g protein

My sons (3 and 7) and I make this when we can. It’s our man-nog nights. After drinking half a cup, my older son said - I feel like a rocket! We have the opportunity of making it with raw milk and unfiltered unpasteurized honey. Big lesson for us… Never let the milk boil, just barely steamed! I let the wrong milk and whipping cream boil, and when I drank the eggnog next morning, I had a serious allergic reaction. I boiled the wrong milk to the point where it’s pasteurized, which kills all the healthy nutrients. I’m allergic to regular conventional pasteurized milk. Thank you for the great recipe. We greatly appreciate you sharing it with us guys!!🎉🎉🎉

It's so crazy that western medicine has created this fault split between food and medicine when even the ancient Greeks 2.5 thousand years ago spoke about food being medicine. See they have to be split up because if you thought of a bad of Doritos as medicine equivalent you would realize it's like buying shady pain meds in mexico and you wouldn't generally do it lol. It's so sinister what they do to us.

Hey Kaal, have you tried making Milk Kefir? Using that in this recipe would make this egg nog on Tren💪🥚 All the beneficial bacteria to help fortify our gut microbiome and help with digestion and overall mental/physical functioning. Raw milk would be the best to use as the natural microbes aren’t killed off from pasteurization. This allows a bigger microbe count in the finished product = more benefits. The only thing that i could think of that i did wrong was that i heated the milk/cream mixture to much because it started to boil very slightly. Or that i maby whipped the egg whites slightly too much. How do i fix this for next time or is it supposed to be this way?

The cheaper they are the more likely they are to have estrogenics in it. The government takes advantage of the less fortunate. Higher quality ingredients may have more nutrients than the regular name brands, and they’re more organic making them more welcome in your body compared to eating something completely foreign. Take example from the caveman times, they were hella strong and were skyrocketing in testosterone because everything was literally organic and in an abundance. Compared to now with people that have low testosterone having to rely on shit “food” that the government is giving us just so they can get extra money.

Does the microwave kill the nutrients of your food? Is it better to eat your food cold from the fridge or heat it up on a pan?
@lonebrowvg5219
@lonebrowvg5219 Жыл бұрын
Think of the microwave as a steamer. It excites water molecules and heats your food that way. If your food is moist and the compounds are resistant to heat (soup, curry, etc.) you are totally fine using the microwave to heat it up. If heating dry starches ( rice oatmeal beans etc.) splash some water on top to steam them. I would not recommend using the microwave to heat things you dont want steamed ( like pizza or other crispy things like a seared steak). Also dont recommend using microwave to heat corn or potato, the steam often destroys the flavor.

Question about protein: I want to start taking protein powders but I'm put off by the soy thats in whey proteins. Is the soy that's in these protein powders that bad for you ? And also can I take collagen protein instead as there is no soy in it from what i read.

hey kaal, i have a question. you always talk about "the older way is better" and that seed oils are bad. i have found something which comes into a conflict with what you say and that is the chinese kitchen. they use sesame oil as a fat for almost everything they cook. now my question to you is, is sesame oil also a "bad seed oil" as all the others or whats your thought about it.

I’d be interested to know your cholesterol levels after consuming this everyday. Have you taken a blood test recently?
@JasonActualization
@JasonActualization Жыл бұрын
Cholesterol is colossally misunderstood by the mainstream. Only oxidized cholesterol can be atherogenic, and they don't measure that. HDL to triglyceride ratio is the most useful thing they do measure, and making sure your ratio is 1 or above is the way to go.
@reid778

Thanks for the info. I meant I thought they might be high due to the copious amount of saturated fat.
@JasonActualization
@JasonActualization Жыл бұрын
@@reid778 Saturated fat may elevate LDL and total cholesterol. Just make sure your HDL is as high as, ideally higher than, your triglycerides. Also, if anyone is actually concerned that their LDL is too high, they should get a specialty test done called an oxLDL. Saturated fat is heart healthy believe it or not, but there's too much noise surrounding the signal on this topic, that unfortunately most people will never get to the bottom of it.
