When it was clutch time and the game was on the line Jordan said give me the ball I got this.Where as lebron likes to get his stats so when he retires he believes that will make him the best but when it's clutch time and the game is on the line he always gets scared of failing and passes the ball so if they don't win it's not his fault like he did in Cleveland. Why didn't he take that last shot. He claims he is the goat so why does he always choke up in the important moments like when Kyrie had to hit the game winning shot against the Warriors but then later lebron says that's when HE realized HE was the goat. That will always be what made Jordan the best and I don't care how many stats lebron ends up with. It would be like a boxer saying I threw and landed more punches but gets knocked out and then claims he's still the best because he landed more punches yet lost the fight.

Lebron isn't close to Jordan and not even Kobe as a player and mentality wise. Kobe is the closest to Jordan period and Kobe had that killer instinct that was unmatched. Kobe or Jordan elevated the game. Lebron is a legend yes but he isn't close to those two skill wise and mentality wise and mentality is a biggggg part of basketball which people overlook.

Lebron takes plays off and hurts his team - he has moments of defensive greatness, but he slacks often. He's also been known to get shook at key moments in games. Not always, but sometimes he freezes. I never saw that from Jordan and Kobe - they were killers - even on defense... Lebron has had an amazing career - he's an all time great. But you can't ignore the past greats.
