We met Vasco Coelho Santos, named as one of the most promising chefs in Portugal, at his grandparents' house in Gaia. We discovered his roots in the house where he fell in love with the kitchen. His grandmother Adriana and her delicious dishes, such as Oxtail, were and continue to be his greatest inspiration.
About the gastronomic project Esporão & A Comida Portuguesa a Gostar Dela Própria - bit.ly/2CFxtwc: This project was born from the partnership of Esporão with the Portuguese filmmaker Tiago Pereira and chef André Magalhães, to create an archive of the Portuguese gastronomy, which also has the contemporary look of the chefs of today.
