Be present in the moment 100%. The past is a memory, don't be defined by your previous circumstances and let go of emotional pain. The future is a projection. Things usually don't play out as you imagine they would, so let go of trying to control the future. The people you are anxious about are simply other versions of you (the creator) having a different experience. Let go of your assumptions about their opinion of you. Their opinions don't actually matter. 😥 Love and Light 💚

Some people deal with anxiety by sitting around and worrying even more, or smoking, or drinking. All this does is add more fuel to the fire; dealing with negative energy with even more negative energy. The trick is to go back to basics, clear your mind and allow the positive energy to flow back in through meditation. Blessings and Love❤❤❤

I wanted to ask about the power of the mantras, to make the mantras work, we must first realize their power through practice, until the symptoms appear, or maybe a lung from the master is enough and then the mantra works immediately?

Hi, maybe you won't get an answer from this Guru, so if I may respond from what I've learned: 1. Any position is fine. The body should be relaxed and the mind awake and attentive. If you lie down, just stay aware. The Buddha's metaphor is of a lute string. Neither too tense nor too lax. 2. This particular instruction in this video is meant to accompany the breath. Om on the inbreath, Ah in the pause, and Hung in the outbreath. Sarva Mangalam!

1:09 - 1:16, I think Rinpoche meant to say OM - mantra of the mind ; AH- mantra of the speech ; HUNG- mantra of the body... rather than body speech mind.
@studentofspacetime
@studentofspacetime 4 жыл бұрын
Actually what Rinpoche said it is correct. In the teachings, the 'Om' is visualized on the forehead, which symbolizes the body in Buddhism, the 'Ah' is visualized at the level of the throat (speech), and the 'Hung' at the level of the heart, which is where Tibetan Buddhism considers the mind to reside. It's counter-intuitive to Westerners, because we think of the brain as being the seat of the mind. But in this system, they think of the heart and mind as one thing.
@stellartan4109
@stellartan4109 3 жыл бұрын
